15th October 2006

Sailing Day - 15th October 2006

View from the Sailing Club Front Gate. The Clubhouse is behind the trees at the right, and dam off to the left.

The Sailability 'tinnie' safety boat ready to go, tied up to the pontoon.

After a good days' sailing at Carcoar. The Club's Laser (kindly donated and launched today) is the red Laser on the right.

After a good mornings' sail, the new Club Boat, kindly donated... she sails really well, too.

Ash & Ian Johnson relaxing on their Marcicat after the mornings' sailing.

Slowly unrigging some of the boats, and enjoying each others' company in the glorious spring sunshine after a great days' Spring sailing. One of the Club's motorboats is tied up to the pontoon in the background.

Mal's 'Solo' (foreground), Dick's cat (middle), and the Johnson's cat (back)... and a tinnie.. a few Lasers... a windsurfer...

Lots of different classes sail out of Carcoar, including two Maricats and a Solo.

The Tory family from Parkes enjoy the lunch break. It's wonderful to see young families coming along being actively involved - and having great fun.

Foulkert leans into the cockpit and de-rigs the Club's Laser, after a fun club days' sail.

Everyone happily pitches in and helps out.
